Car wash club — membership and top-up regulations
1. General
This document defines the cancellation and refund terms between Snowmann Ltd. (the "Company") and the customer who purchases club membership or tops up their balance to use car wash services through the website (the "Service"). These terms are subject to the provisions of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981.
2. Cancellation of purchase and balance top-up (digital wallet)
- Right to cancel: Pursuant to the law, the customer may cancel a distance sale transaction within 14 days from the date of the transaction, provided that the topped-up balance has not been used and no car wash services have been consumed.
- After 14 days: It is clarified that once 14 days have elapsed from the top-up date, the transaction cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued, even if the topped-up balance has not been used.
- Refund and bonuses: In the event of a cancellation (within the 14-day window), only the amount actually paid by the customer will be refunded. The bonus benefit (20% top-up bonus) is non-refundable and non-creditable and will be deducted from the remaining balance at the time of refund.
3. Validity of the club balance
- The balance topped up in the loyalty club is not time-limited and remains available to the customer until it is fully consumed.
- Clarification: While the balance itself does not expire (it is not erased), this does not imply that it is refundable at any time. The balance is available to the customer solely for the use of car wash services, subject to the cancellation limitations set out in these terms.
4. Partial use and refunds
From the moment the customer has used one or more car washes from the topped-up club balance, the transaction cannot be cancelled and no refund will be issued for the remaining balance, even within the first 14 days.
5. Customer responsibility
- The customer is responsible for safeguarding the access credentials to their account on the website.
- The Company shall not bear responsibility for any use of the club balance by a third party as a result of loss of credentials or negligence on the customer's part.
6. Method of submitting a cancellation notice
A cancellation notice (within the 14-day window and provided the balance has not been used) shall be submitted in writing via one of the following methods:

A cancellation shall only be deemed received once written confirmation has been issued by the Company's staff.
